Vehicle Silent Saleman

When viewing a vehicle you'll see Silent Salesman in the left sidebar.

This section enables you to create a PDF document to print, ready to place in the window of your vehicles for sale. Each silent sales includes a QR code for potential customers to scan and be taken directly to the listing on your website. The document can also be useful to give to customers so they have core information about the vehicle without visiting your website.

Silent Salesman Templates

We currently have three templates to choose between.

Classic

Specification and Options

Simple With Finance

Classic includes three photos of the vehicle and is great as a spec-sheet for customers, whereas Simple With Finance can include a representative finance example and is ideal to go in the window of the vehicle on your forecourt. Specification and Options is perfect for customers who want as many details about the vehicle as possible

Customise Your Silent Salesman

Each silent salesman has a range of options which you can customise, including the description, highlights, and whether to include the price and optional extras. You can adjust the default options in your Vehicle -> Settings section.

Once done click 'Download' to immediately generate and download a PDF file ready to be printed.

Silent Salesman Report

All usage of the silent salesman QR codes is tracked and a report of the QR code usage is provided in the Sales -> Reports -> Silent Salesman section.
