Vehicle Locations

Vehicle locations help you to track the physical location of your vehicles.

Managing Locations

You can manage your locations via the Business -> Locations section of your account. To add a location simply enter the location name and address and select Add Location - you'll see a blue button next to the address which when selected will detect your current location (you may need to allow your device to do this).

You can edit any location from the Business -> Locations section and once you click to edit a location, you have the option to add custom data which can be integrated into custom functionality.

It's good to set up as many potential vehicle locations as you can which will help you to maintain more accurate records.

Setting Vehicle Locations

Once you have set-up your locations you can assign a location to any individual vehicle. Simply navigate to view a vehicle and then select the location icon shown in the vehicle header, a simple tool will appear allowing you to search for a location or you can select the blue button to detect your current location.

Browse Vehicles

The Vehicle -> Browse Vehicles section includes a Locations button at the top which provides a quick filter for finding vehicles are specific locations.

To update vehicle locations simply select each vehicle on the left of the table, then select the Edit button at the top, the location column for each vehicle will then provide a drop-down menu enabling you to adjust each vehicle's location.
