Vehicle Leads & Orders (Leads & Deals)

The Leads & Orders section of the vehicle's menu will show you which orders and leads the vehicle is connected to. If MotorDesk's Deal Builder is enabled this system will be called Leads & Deals and will include any related deals.

When you create a lead in your Sales -> Leads & Chat section, you can assign a Vehicle Of Interest. The vehicle's Leads & Orders section will then lists the related leads helping you quickly move to enquiries relating to the vehicle.

You can also see if the vehicle part of an ongoing Orders (may be called Offer, Sales Order or Proposal), which is a perfect way of tracking which customers have received orders and are perhaps yet to reply.

Once you enable the Deal Builder on your MotorDesk account, you will have a section which shows which any ongoing deals the vehicle is part of.
