Vehicle Documents

When viewing a vehicle you'll see 'Documents' in the left sidebar.

This section allows you to upload any documents related to this vehicle. This not only keeps a record of documents that are useful to keep alongside this vehicle, such as a vehicle manual, or health check document, but it also allows you to share these documents to the 'Vehicle Information' website module.

Publishing Documents

By default all documents are 'Private' and inaccessible outside of the documents section. To change the 'Status' click 'Edit', you can then describe the document and adjust the privacy, then click 'Save Changes' once you’re happy.

Once public the document will then be available to share on the website vehicle information page, to enable this go to the Website -> Pages section and location the vehicle information page, then edit the Vehicle Information page module and enable the Documents options.
