You can create a detailed condition report for each vehicle by clicking Condition Report in the vehicle's menu and selecting Create First Report. Condition reports can be used for various purposes such as vehicle appraisal and PDI (pre-delivery inspection).
You will first be asked what type of report this will be.
You can then choose the member of staff carrying out the report, the location of the report and the vehicle mileage.
You can document a detailed inspection on the vehicle with photos, videos and exterior/interior splat diagrams.
The walkaround tab provides you a chance to upload a photo or video for each area of the vehicle.
The Exterior & Interior splat diagrams give you the ability to highlight any specific areas of concern over the vehicle's condition.
When you select a marker point on the diagram, a pop-up will ask you for details and/or a photo.
The inspection point Type will show in the marker on the splat diagram, for example a crack will be shown as CR.
Press Remove to remove a marker you've added.
The next sections are for testing the vehicle and recording your findings. You'll find everything here to record a detailed inspection of all areas of the vehicle.
There are notes at the bottom where you can record additional items and any parts you've changed.
Towards the end, you have a final collection of checkboxes for the vehicle inventory, reporting what is included with the vehicle - such as the locking wheel nut or floor mats.
The Additional Details section provides a custom fields system which can be used for adding anything you'd like to include in your reports. You can set up new checkboxes for specific items, new text boxes that require information, and other field types such as dates or condition grading.
To create an additional details field, click edit in the top-right of the Additional Details box and choose the name, type and whether it's required or not. You can also choose which report types this field is included with so you can create different sets of fields for different report types.
Finally you have a section for any notes.
