Filtering Junk Leads

Within MotorDesk's Leads & Chat section is our filter for screening junk leads.

Junk leads will now be hidden separately from your normal enquiries. You will see below the number of leads that have been isolated as Junk and you can reveal and check them by pressing 'Show Junk' at the bottom.

When you press 'Show Junk', the hidden chats will appear but will be marked with a 'Junk' status.

If the filter wrongly identifies an enquiry as Junk, you can click 'Actions' and then 'Not Junk'.

To mark a lead as Junk, which will in turn retrain the system to better detect that type of spam in the future, open the chat and click 'Actions' and then 'Is Junk'.
