You can customise the look of the invoices that MotorDesk produces for you.
First, to add your business logo to your invoices, make sure you upload your logo in the Website -> Logo section. If your logo doesn't work well on a white background you can use the 'Light Background Logo' option to upload an alternate version for your invoices.

Once this is complete, you can go to the Business -> Payments & Invoicing section to make sure you have 'Invoice Logo' switched to 'Show' instead of 'Hide'.

Your global settings for invoices are all found in the Business -> Payments & Invoicing section.
You have three invoice templates to choose from:
Original

Condensed

Bordered

You can then choose the font size you like: normal, large or larger.

If you want to show your Showroom Address in the invoice header, you can select 'Yes' next to 'Invoice Header Showroom Address'.

Note: This is only supported when you have the invoice logo option enabled.
If you want to show your Business Address in the invoice footer, you can select 'Yes' next to 'Invoice Footer Business Address'.

When enabled the showroom address will be shown as the 'Invoice From', and the business address will be shown in the invoice footer.
Note: This is only supported when a showroom address is added.
If you plan on using Electronic Signatures (eSignatures) by default for all your invoices, you may want to enable the 'Request Electronic Signature Default' option. This means for all invoices you create, the 'Request Electronic Signature' option will be automatically enabled, saving you from enabling it each time.
