Invoice Customisation

You can customise the look of the invoices that MotorDesk produces for you.

Firstly, to add your company logo to the invoices make sure you upload your logo as the ‘Light Background Logo’ in the Website -> Logo section.

Once this is complete, you can go to Business -> Invoicing to make sure you have ‘Invoice Logo’ switched to ‘Show’ instead of ‘Hide’.

Your global settings for invoices are all found in Business -> Invoicing.

Invoice Templates

You have three invoice templates to choose from:

Original:

Condensed:

Bordered:

Font Size

You can then choose the font size you like, normal, large or larger.

Showroom Address

If you want to show your Showroom Address in the invoice header, you can select ‘yes’ next to ‘Show Showroom Address’.
