When you receive a message or enquiry in your Leads & Chat section, you can use MotorDesk's AI Lead Assistant to save a huge amount of time in replying to daily messages.
MotorDesk's AI assistant will use customer, vehicle, business, and staff data to ensure high-quality, accurate replies to questions about the vehicle itself, and in regards to your overall business and the services you provide.
Under the chat with a customer, press Quick Insert and then Generate Reply.
You'll be shown an input box where you can either generate a reply without input, or you can choose to enter a brief summary of what it is you want to say, and AI will do the rest.
For example, below, the dealer is simply telling the AI to ask for dates and to answer the questions the customer has asked about the vehicle. As you can see above, the customer asked about the service history and the number of keys.
MotorDesk's AI Assistant knows all the vehicle details instantly, and as you can see below, it was correct in identifying the number of keys and the vehicle's service history.
Upon pressing Use Reply and double-checking you are happy with everything, MotorDesk's AI Assistant wrote a professional and informative reply to the customer.
