Check whether you've enabled image cropping in the Business -> Image Branding section. Once you've disabled that option, you will need to re-upload your photos as that cropping cannot be reversed.
For cropping issues affecting your website only, please check the 'Photo Aspect Ratio' option in your Website -> Settings.
