MotorDesk's membership plans have limits on the number of vehicles you may publish for sale. If you reach this limit you may see a 'Maximum number of vehicles listed for sale, please upgrade your membership plan to sell more vehicles' notice or similar.
The Vehicles For Sale limit is based on the number of vehicles which have the for sale status in MotorDesk, the limit is not related to the number of vehicles you have advertised on different sales channels including your website. Please note that 'Reserved' is a sub-status of for sale and therefore reserved vehicles are counted within the Vehicles For Sale limit.
Once a vehicle is sold, or if it is reverted to being a draft, then it will no longer count against this limit. To adjust a vehicle's status go to the vehicle's Settings section and adjust the Vehicle Status field. Note, any sales channels will need to be disabled to revert the vehicle status to draft.
You can find a list of vehicles which are for sale by going to the Vehicles -> Browse Vehicles section and adjusting the status filters so only For Sale and Reserved are enabled. Please click here to View For Sale & Reserved Vehicles.
If you would like to increase your Vehicles For Sale limit you can upgrade your membership plan, or add an Add-On to your membership to increase the individual limit. To do this simply select the 'Change Plan & Add-Ons' button in the Business -> Plan & Usage section of your MotorDesk account.
