Yes, of course. To enable your invoice logo, simply go to the Business -> Payments & Invoicing section and enable the 'Invoice Logo' option.
By default, your website logo will be used, if your logo doesn't work well on a light background you can upload an alternate 'Light Background Logo' version in the Website -> Branding -> Logo section of your account.
