You can change these by going to Business -> Opening Hours section.
If you do not plan to close for lunch (i.e you only close once at the end of the day) just use the 1st open and 1st close to state your opening and closing times.
If you close for lunch, use 1st open and 1st close for the hours of your morning and then 2nd open and 2nd close for your afternoon opening hours.
