If you have imported your AutoTrader stock to MotorDesk, and have noticed that the videos you had for each vehicle has failed to import to MotorDesk, the reason for this could be due to MotorDesk not currently accepting YouTube Short videos.
As of when this documentation was written, if you upload a video to YouTube that is not in 16:9 aspect ratio & the video is also less than 3 minutes long, this will automatically class the video as a YouTube Short and not a regular YouTube video. This means if you are filming videos using your phone, you must ensure to record in landscape and not portrait.
