This will allow you to access your business emails from inside the Outlook email app on your Apple Mac computer.

Choose Which Email Address To Set-Up

You can see your available email addresses in the Business -> Email Accounts section of your MotorDesk account.

Note: You will be asked for a username and password. These can be found on this page. Your Email Address is your username and you can press Show Password to see your password.

Open The Outlook App

Enter your email address and press 'Continue'.

Click 'IMAP'

Select 'Sync Directly with IMAP'

Enter Your Details

• Your Name: the name you would like the recipients of your emails to see.
• Email Address: your full Email address.
• Password: password for your Email account which can be found in Business -> Email Accounts in MotorDesk.
• Make sure that the 'Port' is 587.
• Make sure that 'StartTLS' is selected.

Once all the fields are filled, click 'Next'.

Your Set-Up Is Now Complete
